PFS 200N - Automotive Power Fault Simulator for Voltage Dip and Short Interruption Testing

PFS 200N is a stand-alone test equipment with electronic switches that can control the rapid rise or fall of voltage within 1 us when simulating voltage sags and dips (micro-interruptions). Simulating a voltage sag requires two DC voltage sources, while simulating a voltage dip (micro-interruption) requires only one DC voltage source. The PFS 200N is capable of controlling an external DC voltage source via a DC analog signal. At the same time, it can be easily integrated into a complete test system.
The operation of PFS 200N can be done manually or controlled by software through USB or GPIB interface. The failure detection function enables the user to control the ongoing test sequence based on the status of the device under test. Pre-programmed standard test routines provide maximum user convenience. PFS 200N also has a quick start test program, which can adjust parameters online during the test, so as to evaluate the sensitivity level of a single device under test.

RDS 200N - External controllable DC voltage source
Performing a voltage dip (micro-interruption) test requires a controllable DC source that can be used to generate any voltage value from the battery voltage to 0 V. The RDS 200N fully meets this requirement and can be controlled via the PFS 200N's DC analogue output signal.
The RDS 200N is normally connected to the PF 2 input port of the PFS 200N.
