High voltage transient conducted immunity (ISO 7637-4)
Introduction to testing
With the promotion and popularization of new energy vehicles, the safety of high-voltage components inside the vehicle has become one of the main guarantees for the safety of the vehicle itself. The ISO 7637-4 standard is applicable to the bench test of the conduction transient of the shielded high-voltage power cord with the electrical system voltage between 60VDC and 1500VDC. Suitable for all types of electrically independent drive road vehicles (battery electric vehicle (BEV), hybrid electric vehicle (HEV) or plug-in hybrid electric vehicle (PHEV)). There are mainly two test waveforms as follows:
Pulse A: Ringing generated by switching operation of high-voltage semiconductors
Pulse B: A sine wave generated by the rotation of the electric drive motor and the harmonics of the grid
