- 品牌11: FRANKONIA
- 描述: Due to its stable performance characteristics and unique fire properties, it can ensure that personnel and the tested object have a safe working and testing environment, and can also ensure stable, reproducible and long-term test quality.
- 品牌: FRANKONIA
Frankosorb developed by Frankonia has occupied the international market since its launch, and more and more users prefer this kind of stable performance and many unique attributes. Frankosorb has not had any performance issues, defects or need for refurbishment in over 20 years.
Frankosorb's unique absorber technology allows it to be used as a composite absorber with ferrite, or as a single peak potential absorber with a maximum length of 2.4 meters. A very important advantage of the Frankosorb single wedge is that it does not require the use of expensive ferrites to achieve the same performance.

Fankosorb absorbing material technology integrates a variety of high-performance standard absorbing materials in each solution. Due to its stable performance characteristics and unique fire protection properties, it can ensure a safe working and testing environment for personnel and objects under test, as well as stable, reproducible and long-term test quality. In order to meet the different testing needs of users, Frankosorb absorbing materials can be combined with different configurations to provide the most effective and economical solutions. Therefore, Frankonia's anechoic chamber combined with Frankosorb technology absorbing material is the best choice for users' long-term investment.
Ferrite absorbing material
The ferrite plate is pre-installed on the wooden chipboard before leaving the factory, and the conventional size is 600mm×600mm. Frankonia adheres to the principle of modularization and prefabrication. A horizontal prefabricated installation keel structure is installed inside the shield to fix the ferrite plate on the wall and ensure its best performance. The working frequency of the ferrite absorbing material is 30MHz to 1GHz.
features
high quality prefab
All bolted on, no welding or gluing, no hazardous substances used
Detachable ferrite plate, size 600×600mm
Frankosorb Composite Absorbing Material
In order to cover the frequency range above 1GHz, additional wedge absorbers are required. After the ferrite is installed, these wedge absorbing materials are installed through a special fixing device installed on the ferrite. These wedge absorbers can be easily installed with support rods and nuts. Generally, the frequency range of composite absorbing materials is from 30MHz to 18/40GHz.

Optimized wedge absorber and ferrite impedance matching
Frankosorb technology
The absorbing material has fire protection level to meet DINEN13501-1B2 level (flame retardant) and A2 level (non-combustible) optional
Frankosorb long wedge absorber
Similar to the composite absorber, a prefabricated horizontal fixed structure is installed inside the shield to accept a specific size long wedge absorber to ensure the highest level of performance. In the case that ferrite is not required, the Frankosorb wedge absorber with a length of 600mm can be provided in the range of 80MHz to 18/40GHz, which can meet the MIL-STD military standard anechoic chamber. Through physical calculation, the single wedge absorbing material with a size of 2400mm has an effective frequency range from 26/30MHz to 18/40GHz, which is the right choice for commercial and automotive test chambers.
