UCC, as an alternative product of GTEM cell, can be used in the pre-certification pre-test and scientific research and development fields. The walls and ceiling of the chamber are completely covered with ferrite, and 6㎡ of composite absorbing material is installed on the back wall near the EUT to ensure that the test frequency range of the chamber can range from 30MHz to 18GHz. The main advantages of ultra-compact chambers compared to GTEM chambers are that testers can walk in them, that test arrangements can have cables feeding peripherals, and that larger samples can be tested. UCC can perform radiated emission and radiated immunity pre-tests on equipment at a test distance of 1 meter in accordance with the requirements of the IEC/EN 61000-4-3 standard. In addition, it is also suitable for pre-testing automotive components according to DIN/ISO 11452-2 and EN 55025 (CISPR 25). If necessary, the UCC can also be used as a standard shielded room for conduction testing. Due to its small external dimensions, it can be placed in a normal-sized laboratory or office.
