- Commodity name: CA ISO Automotive Transient Emission Calibration Device
- Commodity ID: 1064614365241167872
- 品牌11: EMTEST
- 行业: 汽车电子和整车
- 描述: According to the requirements of Annex C in ISO-7637-2:2011 and ISO16750-2:2012 Annex A standards, pulse verification needs to be verified in two ways: no load verification (open circuit verification) and load verification.
- 品牌: EM TEST
According to the requirements of Annex C in ISO-7637-2:2011 and Annex A in ISO16750-2:2012, pulse verification needs to be verified in two ways: no load verification (open circuit verification) and load verification. Corresponding to the test pulse, the value of the load resistance should be equal to the internal source impedance of the generator.
CA ISO is an integrated box containing all load resistors meeting the requirements of micropulse and load dump generators according to international standards and manufacturer's requirements.
-
main feature:
A resistance integrated box
Contains all required load resistor values
High precision resistors (+/-1%)
Stability at high temperature
Very Low Inductance Resistors
Resistance values are 0.5ohm, 1ohm, 2ohm, 4ohm, 10ohm, 20ohm and 50ohm
Standards compliant:
ISO 16750-2
ISO 7637-1:1990
ISO 7637-2:1990
ISO 7637-2:2004
ISO 7637-2:2011
advantage:
This set of load resistors meets various international standards as well as the requirements of automobile manufacturers, and is especially suitable for a wide range of source impedances.
The following load resistors are often used:
A 0.5 ohm load resistor is suitable for some manufacturers' requirements for load reversal pulses.
The 1.0 ohm load resistor is suitable for some manufacturers' requirements for load reversal pulses.
The 2.0 ohm load resistor is suitable for ISO7637-2 and most manufacturers' requirements for pulse 2a and pulse 5.
The 4.0 ohm load resistor is suitable for most manufacturers' requirements for pulse 1, 2 and load reversal pulses.
The 10.0 ohm load resistor is suitable for ISO7637-2 and most manufacturers' requirements for pulse 1,2.
The 20.0 ohm load resistor is suitable for ISO7637-2 and most manufacturers' requirements for pulse 1.
All load resistors are non-inductive resistors with a tolerance better than 1% as required by the standard. It is a good demonstration of the dissipation of transient pulse energy.
Instructions for use:
The CA ISO verification box plugs directly into the CDN output of the transient generator. The required load resistance is selected via the bridge connector. The waveform across the load resistor is best measured with a 100:1 bandwidth and capacitance voltage probe. EMTEST recommends a bandwidth of 20MHz and a voltage measurement capability of 1000V.
