The RF-E 04 type probe is used to detect the electric field generated by the clock line and the surface of the IC, and its sensitivity allows to detect the electric field of the electronic module at a certain distance (0.5mm to 10mm). This near-field probe is compact and lightweight, and features sheath current attenuation and electrical shielding. This near-field probe can be connected to the 50Ω input of a spectrum analyzer or oscilloscope. There is no 50Ω termination resistor installed inside the probe.
