The RF-E 09 electric field probe is used to detect the electric field generated by the surface of the multi-pin IC, and its sensitivity allows to detect the electric field of the electronic module at a certain distance (0.5mm to 10mm). This near-field probe is compact and lightweight, and features sheath current attenuation and electrical shielding. This near-field probe can be connected to the 50Ω input of a spectrum analyzer or oscilloscope. There is no 50Ω termination resistor installed inside the probe.
