This near-field probe detects electric fields generated by IC coupling. The side of the probe is designed with barriers, so the electric field acting on the side does not affect the measurement results. The sensitivity of this near-field probe allows detection of electric fields in integrated circuits and other electronic modules at a distance of 0.5 to 10mm. This near-field probe is small and lightweight and uses sheath current attenuation. The magnetic field probe adopts electric shielding design. This near-field probe can be connected to the 50Ω input of a spectrum analyzer or oscilloscope. These near-field probes have internally mounted termination resistors.
