- Commodity name: TK9420 Series Voltage Probe (9k-30M)
- Commodity ID: 1064738240528535552
- 品牌11: SCHWARZBECK
- 描述: Specially designed for measuring power electronic equipment, such as switching power supplies with a strong interference spectrum in the kHz frequency range.
- 品牌: SCHWARZBECK
Applications :
Voltage probes are preferred when using a LISN is difficult or even impossible due to the high current draw of the device under test .
The TK 9421/TK9422 are specially designed for measuring power electronics such as switching power supplies with a strong interference spectrum in the kHz frequency range.
For a functional check of a probe with a sine wave signal generator, note the output voltage calibration reference in typically 50Ω load. Connect a small 50Ω carbon resistor in parallel to the probe; otherwise a high reading of almost 6dB (twice the signal generator voltage) will be observed. The probes are not shielded to keep the input load capacitance to only 4pF. In the presence of strong electric fields, it may be necessary to slide a metal tube or copper foil over the probe body and ground it.
The voltage divider VT 9420 (TK 9420 option) can be used to determine the approximate RF impedance of an unknown EUT according to CISPR 16-2. Two measurements are required, one without the voltage divider and one with the voltage divider. The difference between the two measurement results can be used to calculate the impedance of the measured object. Such calculations can only be approximate and the uncertainty increases above 10MHz.
