      UCS 500N7 ultra-small simulator is a multi-functional test equipment that can meet various requirements of international standards (basic standards and common standards) and product series standards for transient, pulse, surge and voltage drop tests. The test voltage can be up to up to 7.0 kV.

      For surge testing, in addition to meeting the requirements of IEC 61000-4-5, it also meets the testing requirements of ANSI / IEEE C62.41 for surge and ringing waves. UCS 500N7 is also the most economical fully compatible immunity test solution, which meets all requirements of EU CE certification immunity test.     advantage:

      UCS 500N7 is capable of fully compatible anti-jamming test, and the test level it can achieve far exceeds the general test requirements. Surge test voltage up to 7.0 kV, meeting IEC 61000-4-5 and ANSI / IEEE C62.41 standard requirements. By matching the built-in ring wave module (option), UCS 500N7 can also conduct ring wave tests on power lines in compliance with ANSI / IEEE C62.41 and IEC 61000-4-12 standards.

      The UCS 500N7 can be manually operated directly from the front panel, or remotely controlled via the built-in USB or GPIB interface. The failure detection function allows the user to control the ongoing test sequence based on the status of the device under test. The monitoring output port (BNC) helps users to measure and verify signals conveniently. In addition, UCS 500N7 also has security features such as self-locking and indicator lights.

      Pre-programmed standard test routines are easy to use. Through the quick start test program of UCS 500N7, the user can adjust the test parameters online during the test, so as to evaluate the sensitivity threshold of a single device under test. This feature is most suitable for product development testing.

      Through the front panel menu and function keys, users can quickly and accurately edit the test program. The control cursor is used to quickly control all test parameters of the programmed test program, which makes the test process very simple and ensures that each test step can be carried out correctly.

      Control and report generation software iec.control

      iec.control is a very user-friendly control software. It is easy to use, has a clear user interface structure and strong flexibility. Various operating functions and EM TEST standard information library allow users to easily complete custom test procedures. It can automatically identify the connected EM TEST test equipment and perform automatic configuration. Its powerful reporting function can help users generate test reports that meet international requirements.

      iec.control supports Windows 7, Windows 8 (64Bit) and Windows 10 operating systems. Remote control is done via USB or GPIB interface. iec.control is compatible with various GPIB cards of National Instruments.

    Other models:

      UCS 500N series ultra-compact anti-interference signal simulators are used for EFT/Burst, Surge and Voltage Dip tests, including two test levels of simulators, the highest test voltage can reach 5.5 kV and 7 kV respectively.

      CNI 503 - Three-phase coupling/decoupling network for burst and surge testing

      EM TEST provides a series of fully automatic three-phase coupling/decoupling networks for burst and surge testing to expand the testing capabilities for three-phase equipment under test. The nominal current of the network can be up to 100 A.

      The variac NX-1-260-16 automatic voltage regulator is an alternative test solution for tapped transformers, capable of performing voltage dips, short interruptions and voltage changes in accordance with the requirements of the IEC 61000-4-11 standard. In addition, it can be used for automatic magnetic field testing.

      The V 4780 fixed tap transformer provides the voltage required for voltage dip and short interruption tests as required by the IEC 61000-4-11 Ed.2:2004 standard.

      CA EFT kit - Electrical Fast Transient/Burst Calibration Kit

      According to the requirements of the IEC 61000-4-4 Ed.2 standard, the characteristics of the burst generator are verified by two different loads of 50 ohm and 1,000 ohm.       CCI PVKIT 1 - Capacitive Coupled Clamp Calibration Kit
