The EFT 500N5 Series is state-of-the-art EFT/Burst test equipment with built-in coupling/decoupling networks for single-phase or three-phase power supply systems and high voltage terminals for connection to capacitive coupling clamps. Spike frequencies range from 100 Hz to 1,000 kHz.
The EFT 500N5 can generate 10,000 transients per second, or 1,000 transients per burst. Its performance fully meets the requirements of IEC 61000-4-4:2012 (Ed.3). EFT 500N5 - Electrical Fast Transient Burst Test Equipment Beyond Standard Requirements
As we all know, EFT 500N5's peak pulse frequency and burst duration can be adjusted in a wide range, and can meet the coaxial 50 ohm load output waveform and the common mode operation of the DUT port at the same time. The EFT 500N5 is a true fully compliant EFT/Burst test device.
EFT 500N5 has a variety of models, through the built-in single-phase or three-phase coupling network, it can meet the test of the equipment under test with a rated current up to 50 A. EFT 500N5 can also be integrated into a complete test system, and connected to a common coupling/decoupling network through the relevant control interface, so as to cooperate with other EM TEST 500 series products.
Through the front panel menu and function keys, users can quickly and accurately edit the test program. The control cursor is used to quickly control all test parameters of the programmed test program, which makes the test process very simple and ensures that each test step can be carried out correctly.

Its powerful reporting function can help users generate test reports that meet international requirements.
iec.control supports Windows 7, Windows 8 (64Bit) and Windows 10 operating systems. Remote control is done via USB or GPIB interface. iec.control is compatible with various GPIB cards of National Instruments.

ITP is a product development diagnostic test tool. It includes a variety of near-field probes that can locate weak points in a system or on a printed circuit board. A burst simulator is used to generate interference signals.
CA EFT kit - Electrical Fast Transient/Burst Calibration Kit
According to the requirements of the IEC 61000-4-4 Ed.2 standard, the characteristics of the burst generator are verified by two different loads of 50 ohm and 1,000 ohm.
