In the frequency range of 9kHz-30MHz, the conversion factor (antenna factor) is a constant value (10dB), which has nothing to do with frequency. If you need to measure very strong field strength, you can add a 20dB attenuator option.

In order to reduce the influence of the power supply on the measurement, VAMP 9243 has a built-in NiMH rechargeable battery, which can work for up to 50 hours. Charging time is 2-4 hours with a fast charger.
The rod antenna and amplifier housing are made of aluminum. The top plate can be fixed to the metal ground plane with 4 screws. Connectors and controls are located under the top plate. The length of the rod starts exactly from the top plate.
