The MTS800 is a compact test system for magnetic field testing and broadband generators. Its built-in components can automatically perform EMC tests, meet various automotive electronic standards, and generate high magnetic field strengths required by tests.
With the use of triaxial Helmholtz coils, the sensitivity test of magnetic fields up to 1000A/m can be automatically performed at DC-1kHz frequency. Low field strengths can be generated up to 250kHz. Use with triaxial coils improves the operability of the device, so there is no need to constantly invert the DUT during testing.
MTS800 meets the requirements of all relevant EMC and military standards. Test and measurement are program controlled and most test parameters are set automatically. As with any standard, the MTS800 software package contains test limits, but different values can also be defined by the user.
After testing, a test report will be automatically generated. Report layouts and formats are preset, and user-defined layouts are also available. An automatic calibration procedure guarantees efficient performance of the MTS800.
