          The RFS set scanner probe set includes three passive near-field probes, which are used to measure electric and magnetic fields with scanners during the research and development stage, with a frequency range of 30MHz to 3GHz. The probes of this probe set can realize the measurement close to the electronic module, so as to locate the interference signal source. They record the entire pattern of the near electric and near magnetic fields of the test object. The scanning probe set features external sheet current attenuation and electrical shielding. The scanning probe can be connected to the 50Ω input of a spectrum analyzer or oscilloscope. There is no 50Ω termination impedance inside the probe. The measuring signal of the scanning probe can be amplified by a preamplifier PA 203 or PA 303. RFS, LFS, SXS and XFS scanning probes are produced on request.
