The RFS-E 02 near-field probe is used to measure coupled electric fields generated by bus structures, larger components or powered surfaces. The electrode area under the probe is approximately 2cm x 5cm. The probe is used for detection at a distance of 1cm to 2cm from the module. The scanning probe can be connected to the 50Ω input of a spectrum analyzer or oscilloscope. There is no 50Ω termination impedance inside the probe.
