  The main purpose of conducting immunity test is that other ground terminals of the device under test should also be connected to the reference ground floor through the coupling and decoupling network CDN-M1. Then where coupling and decoupling devices are required, they should be between 0.1m and 0.3m away from the device under test and connected to the reference ground floor. In conducting immunity tests, if the device under test has a keyboard or portable attachment, its analog hand should be placed on the keyboard or wrapped around the attachment and connected to the reference ground floor. Moreover, the connecting cables between the coupling and decoupling devices and the device under test shall be as short as possible and are not allowed to be bundled or coiled. And for all tests, the total length of the cable between the device under test and the auxiliary device in the conducted immunity test, this total length includes any internal cables of the coupling and decoupling network used, so we need to pay attention to this problem when detecting. And this length should not exceed the length specified by the manufacturer of the device under test.

  The calibration of the test system for conductive immunity should be done every time before the test. The purpose of this is to avoid test errors, so as to ensure that the whole system meets the required common mode impedance. At the same time, the equipment under test shall be tested under expected operating and climatic conditions. And one thing to do together is to record the ambient temperature and relative humidity during the test. Moreover, the test signal generator should be connected to the selected coupling device in turn, and then the level of the test level should be set according to the requirements of conduction immunity, and it should be known that the sweep frequency range is 150kHz to 80MHz or 230MHz, the amplitude modulation with 1kHz sine wave, and then the modulation system is 80% modulation interference signal level. In particular, at each frequency, the residence time of the amplitude modulated carrier shall not be less than the necessary time for the operation and response of the device under test, but shall not be less than 0.5s minimum. As the frequency of the transmitted immunity increases during detection, its size should not exceed 1% of the previous frequency value. In particular, the sensitive frequencies in it, like the clock frequencies, should be analyzed separately. So we know that the purpose of conducting immunity tests is mainly to establish a common reference for evaluating the conductive-disturbance immunity performance of radio-frequency field induction.
