Source:
GB/T 21437.2-2021 "Road vehicle electrical/electronic components on conduction and coupling caused electrical disturbance test method Part 2: Electrical Transient Conduction Emission and Immunity along the Power Line was officially implemented in 2022-07-01 to replace GB/T 21437.2-2008 edition, which is equivalent to the international standard ISO 7637-2:2011. This paper mainly analyzes the differences between the old and new versions, and further master the EMC testing methods of automobile parts. (Note: The content deleted in red is the content added in the new version, while the content added in green is the content)
1. Supply voltage difference
Power supply voltage 12V system (V)24V system (V)
UA 13.5±0.527±1
UB 12±0.224±0.4
UB test supply voltage has been deleted in the new version, only UA test supply voltage is retained.
Ii. Differences in test items and test parameters

1. Voltage transient emission
① Fast pulse

DUT has no internal switch

DUT has internal switch (new)
The new voltage transient emission fast pulse test project added DUT with internal switch test.
② Slow pulse

2021 version of slow pulse test layout

Slow pulse test layout 2008 edition
The new version of the slow pulse test layout, the distance between the artificial power network and the switch is changed from 60mm to less than 500mm.
2. Transient immunity
① Pulse 1

2021 version Pulse 1 parameter

2008 version pulse 1 parameter
The new version of standard pulse 1 test parameters US voltage and R resistance of 24V system have been changed
② Pulse 2a

2008 version pulse 2a parameters

2021 version pulse 2a parameters
The new version of standard pulse 2a test parameter US voltage has been changed.
③ Pulse 2b

2021 version pulse 2b parameter

2008 version pulse 2b parameter
Pulse 2b is consistent with the old and new standards
④ Pulse 3a

2021 version pulse 3a parameters

2008 version pulse 3a parameters
The new version of standard pulse 3a test parameter US voltage has been changed.
⑤ Pulse 3b

2021 version pulse 3b parameters
